A2O-MBR is a new wastewater treatment process which is composed of biological wastewater treatment technology and membrane separation technology. By using the high-efficiency interception of membrane, microorganisms are completely trapped in the bioreactor, and the hydraulic retention time (HRT) and sludge retention time (SRT) are completely separated, so that the pollutants pretreated in the biochemical stage can be efficiently degraded. The main indexes of the effluent quality reach the surface level class IV.
A2O-TFF process
A2O-TFF is a new efficient rural sewage treatment process, which integrates A2O, SBR, contact oxidation process and tidal biological aerated filter. After the A2O process, the secondary deepening treatment is connected with TFF process to separate the nitrogen and phosphorus removal in the double sludge system, and regulate the return flow of nitrification effluent according to the influent water quality, so as to solve the contradiction between denitrification and phosphorus release by phosphorus removal bacteria. Under the conditions of low sludge production, low backflow energy consumption and short residence time, the 1st class A standard of (GB 18918-2002) fully utilized.
